From The Digital Barn, you can take the same great classes, access on-demand training, and book private training sessions with the P3PE coaches.

Classes are hosted on Zoom and open 5 minutes before class start time. Each class is 60 minutes. We recommend setting your device on an elevated surface next to your erg and wearing wireless headphones during the workout so you don’t miss any cues.
