This is a great opportunity to stay connected to the erg and improve your stamina to shave seconds off your best time.
Our youth training program is built for high school and college athletes who want to have fun, stay injury-free, and build consistency. This program includes band work, mobility exercises, drill work on the erg, and training workouts to improve your overall fitness.
Future sessions will be hosted virtually. You will need access to an erg to participate. In the meantime, explore our year-round offerings!
