Prior Proper Planning
Expert Fitness Training for Students, Athletes, and Coaches
This is where preparation meets purpose
P3PE is built on a simple belief: the right habits change everything.
Through training, coaching, and mentorship, P3PE helps individuals build the discipline, structure, and mindset needed to perform—not just in sport, but in life.
-
The "Three P's" of P3PE:
Prior — Start early. Get out front.
Proper — Focus on the details. They matter.
Planning — Have a plan. Work the plan. Adjust when needed.
Because success doesn’t happen by chance—it’s built with intention.
-
Prior Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance.
It’s more than a phrase—it’s the standard.
Founded by Cassandra Cunningham, P3PE reflects decades of experience coaching athletes at every level—from youth to international competition. That experience shaped a clear approach: combine structure, accountability, and high standards to help people reach their full potential.
P3PE’s foundation is the “Barn”—home of the Schoolhouse of Physical Education.
While much of the teaching now happens virtually through classes, mentorship, and seminars, the mission hasn’t changed.
Meet people where they are.
Give them the tools to grow.
Help them move forward with confidence.
And when in-person matters, P3PE shows up. The School Bus brings that same level of energy, professionalism, and instruction directly to schools, programs, and communities.
Wherever it happens, the goal is the same:
Make learning accessible. Make it meaningful. Make it last.
-
This isn’t one-size-fits-all.
P3PE offers personalized coaching, group training, and professional development designed to meet you where you are — and push you further.
Whether you’re building foundational skills or refining performance, the focus stays the same: Clear goals. Consistent work. Real progress.
