1:1 training provides a focused, individualized approach to fitness and indoor rowing development. Each session is structured around current ability level, training history, and performance goals—allowing for targeted work on technique, conditioning, and overall progression. With direct coaching and real-time feedback, sessions are designed to build consistency, improve efficiency, and support long-term results.
Technique Session
75 minutes | $250 | Hosted on Zoom
A 75-minute 1:1 virtual coaching session focused on technique, with targeted improvements made through drills, live corrections, and video review.
1:1 Training Session
60 minutes | $150 | Hosted on Zoom
A 60-minute 1:1 virtual training session. Focus may include conditioning or targeted performance improvements based on experience level and goals.

A 60-minute 1:1 virtual session to evaluate performance and form quality on the erg, and define training direction for future development.

Group classes are available for a limited time during Spring 2026, and will return in September 2026!
Sign up through the Acuity portal to get started. Classes are hosted on Zoom and open 5 minutes before class start time. Each class is 60 minutes. We recommend setting your device on an elevated surface next to your erg and wearing wireless headphones during the workout so you don’t miss any cues.
